This policy explains what personal data PT NAMELESS PROJECTS GROUP collects when you rent a motorcycle from us or use our app, why we need it, who else sees it, and how you can have it deleted.

You cannot sign up in this app, and we never ask you to invent a password. When you rent a motorcycle, we send you a private link to your rental. Opening that link is how you get in. Staff accounts are created by the company for its own employees.

Rental customerssensitive

• passport number and a photo of the passport page
• rental history, prices, payments and outstanding balance
• messages you send us in the app and roadside assistance requests

Why: to hand over a motorcycle under a rental agreement, to contact you during the rental, to keep accounting records required by Indonesian law and to bring help when you ask for it.

Photos of the motorcycle

• photos taken at handover, on return and during service work

Why: to record the condition of the motorcycle, so damage is not disputed later. People are not the subject of these photos.

Staff accounts

• name, work email, phone number
• Telegram chat id, if the person connected our bot
• a log of actions performed in the system

Why: to give employees access to their part of the system and to keep an audit trail of who changed what.

Technical data

• a session cookie that keeps you signed in

Why: to keep you signed in. No advertising identifiers, no analytics and no tracking of any kind.

• We do not track your location. The app never asks for it.
• We do not show ads and we do not sell or share data with advertisers.
• We do not use analytics or advertising identifiers.
• We do not read your contacts, photos, calendar or microphone.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the services we actually use to run the rental business:

• Poster POS — rental receipts and payments; our point-of-sale system, where rentals are paid for and recorded.
• Telegram — internal notifications to our staff (for example, that someone requested roadside assistance); so an employee sees the request immediately, not an hour later.

We also disclose data when Indonesian law requires it — for example, to the police after an accident or theft.

Our system runs on a private server in Europe, and the connection to it is always encrypted (HTTPS). Photos and documents are not public: they are served only to people who are signed in. Your rental link is stored as a one-way hash, so even a copy of our database does not open your rental.

We keep rental records for as long as Indonesian tax and accounting law requires us to keep our books. Your access link stops working when your rental ends. Anything we are not required to keep is deleted when you ask us to.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We answer within 30 days.

How to delete your data

We rent motorcycles to licensed adults only. This app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data about them.
