Delete your data
You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. You do not need an account, a password or a reason.
There is no account to delete in this app: we never ask you to create one. Your rental is opened by a private link, and that link stops working when the rental ends.
How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp with your name and the phone number you gave us at the counter. We may ask one question to confirm it is really you — otherwise anyone could erase someone else's records.
What gets deleted
- your contact details — phone, email, Instagram, address in Bali;
- your passport number and the photo of your passport page;
- your messages and roadside assistance requests.
What we have to keep
Indonesian tax and accounting law requires us to keep our books, so records of the rental itself — dates, motorcycle, amount paid — stay in our accounts for as long as the law says. We remove your personal details from them where we can. Photos of the motorcycle are kept as evidence of its condition; they are not photos of you.
How long it takes
We answer within 30 days and tell you what was deleted and what we had to keep.
